Debra Caldwell

Chief Executive Officer & Director

Debra Caldwell is the founder and CEO of Dutchess Divas & Gents Youth Club. She has developed a passion for youth through her vision of establishing a "safe-place" for inner-city youth. While observing the increased crime spree and deaths of many young people within the community, Debra decided it was time to move away from the side-line and do something to pull youth away from violence. Her vision to decrease crime among youth, increase academic success and develop personal growth and self-esteem among youth created Dutchess Divas & Gents Youth Club.
